To further strengthen IT security and protect user accounts, AIMS will be implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) effective 23 January 2026.
All users will be required to verify their identity using one of the following authentication methods when logging in:
- Email Authentication (One-Time Password sent to your registered email)
- Authenticator App (2FA) - supported apps include Authy, Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, and similar applications
Once MFA is enabled, you will be prompted to select your preferred authentication method during login or account setup.
